- Has done Ph.D from ANDHRA University, in the area of hybrid nano composite materials and radar absorbing materials.
- Has done Masters from ANDHRA University, with MACHINE DESIGN specialization.
- Actively engaged in research in Nano Composite material for radar applications
- Guiding research/projects in the areas of Vehicle Dynamics, Finite Element Analysis, Mechanical Vibrations, Auto Mobile Engineering, Robotics and Unmanned aerial vehicles.
- Certified trainer for Pro E from PTC organization
- Actively engaged in curriculum design/development for the subjects Engineering Drawing, CAED, Machine Drawing, Mechanics of Material, Design of Machine Members, Robotics, Gear engineering and Finite Element Method
- Member of Professional bodies like SAE, CMSI, ISTE and IE
- Apart from academics, contributing with admin responsibility as Academic Coordinator
- Received Railway Boards Prize in 22nd Indian Engineering Congress in 2007 for paper entitled “Dynamic behavior of Railway Coach and Bogie frame using Finite Element Analysis”
